| Firemen & Engineers, I have created this page to help you anonymously report a violation to the DPS for investigation. Please understand that we need to police our industry so that we may continue to benefit from the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 146. We need to inform the DPS of violations so that we can correct issues and maintain our professional image. If you do not report a violation that is making your plant, position and or our laws weak then who will? If you feel your plant is unsafe then it probably is! Violations of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 146 are illegal. Our laws are being weakened as we speak by big business and politicians. Please help our industry and do not condone or contribute to the weakening of our license laws. How can someone be competent and trustworthy if he or she is breaking the laws which we are fighting so hard to keep? It is the Department of Public Safety's responsibility to enforce our laws and with the help of this form, we can help them help us! |
